Sometimes our clients feel that personal training will better meet their needs, or they feel that they would like some specialized attention to really perfect some of the lifts or exercises.  For this, we offer personal training.  Our trainers will help you achieve your personal fitness goals either in a one on one basis or in a private small group.

This is an excellent opportunity to have them hold you accountable for your diet and making sure that your goals are met.  In these one on one sessions, we can assist you with your diet or individualize a program for you.  Some of our athletes want to have a specific focus during their time with personal training, and this will allow us to make sure you achieve the goals that you set out.

While the training attention is individualized, we still expect you to put forth the effort and to show up at the agreed upon time in order for us to give you the quality service that you expect.
