New Mats at Forged Fitness in Cary

We are constantly working to make every part of our gyms better.  Due to the rapid growth of our gym in Cary the time came to expand our mat space as well.  Rather than just put down new mats we also replaced all the current mats as well.  Next time you stop by the gym there will be brand new mats.  The new room will be perfect for holding the kids classes as well as the new Muay Thai program headed by John Reece.  Stay tuned for even more exciting news in the near future.
