Welcome to the new website
I just wanted to welcome you to the new Forged Fitness/Team-ROC Raleigh website. We are hopefully stepping more aggressively into the modern era. Over time we will begin adding more and more content with videos and blogs. We will be adding links to our Forged Fitness Facebook page and hopefully we will set it up so that you can receive the daily WODs through an RSS feed. Hopefully everyone will benefit from this new change. Stay tuned more information is to come.
